Dirty Hank – “Dirty Hank’s Guide To Giving Up” EP

When he isn't making suicide threats or drinking excessivly, Dirty Hank a.k.a Adolph Oliver Bush is an MC.  He recently spent 6 months working 7 songs in which he compiled into an EP titled, "Dirty Hank's Guide to Giving Up".  This unique presentation of random acts of fuckery bleeds pain, anger, frustration, sexual angst, and disgust - all beautifully blended over production from acclaimed Providence beatsmith Falside, and up and comer Mad Plaid.  Providence wordsmith, Reason of the Poorly Drawn People collective was pressured into making an appearence on "Fade to Wack" and "Overselpt".  If your not left feeling deprived and anxious after listening to "Dirty Hank's Guide to Giving Up", somebody didn't do their job.

Tracklisting:

1. The Yap (Prod by Mad Plaid, Cuts by DJ Emoh Betta)
2. Umbrellas and Mac 10's (Prod by Falside)
3. Overslept ft. Reason (Prod. by Falside)
4. Beatrix Kiddo (Prod. by Mad Plaid)
5. What You Did / What Your Doin' (Prod by Falside)
6. Fade to Wack ft. Reason (Prod by Mad Plaid)
7. Song About a "C" Word (Prod by Falside)

Falside VS DJ Emoh Betta “Meet’n Veggies EP” RE-UP

This little EP has been getting much play and downloads all over blogs and the attention is much appreciated. One day, Falside and I mentioned making an instrumental album with cuts on it but we didn't have a deadline in mind. I came home from work one afternoon and he was at our house. We got some food, recorded one track, then decided to record another, and another. After three tracks we decided to make five and put them out as an EP. It was recorded, mixed down, then we sat and made the artwork all within that afternoon. The title came from a discussion on our eating habits. Falside eats meat. I eat veggies. The track names don't really mean anything but who cares, haha.
Oh yeah, that IS Falside rappin' through my sp-404, and not many people know that.
Enjoy.

"DJ Emoh Betta of Boston's most celebrated turntablist crew, The Deck Demons, recently teamed up with the acclaimed, 20 year old Indy Hip Hop producer, Falside. After an afternoon of Pad Thai, caffiene, and brainstorming, they formulated "Meet'n Veggies". This 5 track EP blends Falside's instrumental elements with DJ Emoh's intense technical skill on the decks. Enjoy, post and feel free to share."
