Amadeus The Stampede
House Of Broken Mirrors
Amadeus the Stampede is an unstoppable force in Hip Hop. Quoted as being "one of the craziest lyricists in rap", he strangles hardcore rhythms with a fury of insanity in his rhymes. In stalking the streets of Boston, Amadeus The Stampede has solidified himself as one of the best up and coming MCs in the Rap world. While battling schizophrenia for the past six years, the Stampede has laid a foundation for a promising career in music. With hundreds of shows under his belt and a lengthy catalogue of exceptional original music, the madman shows no signs of slowing down. House of Broken Mirrors is his best work to date under the direction of Leedz Edutainment. According to Leedz "It's a concept album that takes you on a journey into his mind through stages of battling mental illness, drug abuse, violence, in addition to maintaining relationships with his friends and family while trying to stay alive in the streets of Boston. He's pushing boundaries with his musical content through life experiences." The album features collaborations with Sean Price of Heltah Skeltah, Slaine, Reef The Lost Cauze, Reks, Rite Hook, and J The S, along with heavyweight production from Matty Trump, Guns N Butter, J.Ferra and many more.

Blak Madeen
Sacred Defense
Al-J and Yusuf form the elite Boston unit, Blak Madeen. They share a bond created by their mutual love of positive music and the religion of Islam. After years of performing and opening up for the likes of Lupe Fiasco, Brother Ali and Immortal Technique, the duo is now releasing their debut album Sacred Defense. The next powerhouse release from Leedz Edutainment, the project features collaborations with Lord Jamar (Brand Nubian), Hell Razah (Sunz of Man), Hasan Salaam and Reef the Lost Cauze. It is backed by the majorleague production talents of Matty Trump, Falside and many more. Blak Madeen hopes the album will launch a new era of conscious Hip Hop in this materialistic age.
Interestingly, it is the apparent differences of the two MCs, along with their similarities, that make them unique. Long-considered one of the most slept-on lyricists in the game, Al-J's rapid-fire, multisyllabic flow contrasts beautifully with Yusuf's calm, deadpan delivery. Their performances on the mic are also symbolic of their respective personalities. Despite this, the two have come together to record Sacred Defense, a focused, hard-hitting album that touches upon several sociopolitical and spiritual issues.

Dirty Hank
Dirty Hank's Guide To Giving Up
When he isn't making suicide threats or drinking excessivly, Dirty Hank a.k.a Adolph Oliver Bush is an MC. He recently spent 6 months working 7 songs in which he compiled into an EP titled, "Dirty Hank's Guide to Giving Up". This unique presentation of random acts of fuckery bleeds pain, anger, frustration, sexual angst, and disgust - all beautifully blended over production from acclaimed Providence beatsmith Falside, and up and comer Mad Plaid. Providence wordsmith, Reason of the Poorly Drawn People collective was pressured into making an appearence on "Fade to Wack" and "Overselpt". If your not left feeling deprived and anxious after listening to "Dirty Hank's Guide to Giving Up", somebody didn't do their job.

DJ Emoh Betta
Poor Me
This was recorded in the spring of 2004. At the time I was in a hip-hop group called "Invisible Men" which consisted of Yusuf, Kane Major, DJ Evaredy, and DJ Emoh. I was also in a DJ crew called the "Fader Fraggles" with Evaredy and The Surgeon General. This was one of my "solo" projects and probably my first mixtape. I feel it is the most creative thing I have done as it features me on turntables, an MPC, an 05pro, a DR-202, and a SP-303 and also has some scratch compositions. People referred to it as an "Anticon" mixtape, i guess there is a lot of their music, but it was what i was feeling at that particular time. I handed these out at many shows 6 years ago and now it is finally here for you. The artwork is very old so please do not try to contact me through the info on the back cover!
Also that is a picture of a young Emoh on the cover.
Enjoy!

Mass Movementz: The Album
Here in Boston, virtually every serious Hip Hop show is orchestrated by rap promoter Leedz of Leedz Edutainment who, unlike the vast majority of cats in his profession who throw parties for the props, actually makes a living pushing live music. In addition to bringing underground and commercial ringers from across the map to rock shows, Leedz pairs visiting MCs with Boston's top talents. The result, after long wait, is the upcoming Mass Movementz: The Album.
The Album features an explosive lineup of MCs and producers including Ill Bill, Slaine, Reef The Lost Cause, U-God of Wu Tang Clan, Fatlip of The Pharcyde, Casual of Heiroglyphics, C-Rayz Walz, Copywrite, Mic Geronimo, EDO. G, Termanology, Blaq Poet, Esoteric, Last Emperor, Pacewon, EL Da Sensei, Wise Intelligent, Rite Hook, Kno of CunninLynguists, Amadeus The Stampede, Blak Madeen, Matty Trump, DJ Emoh Betta, and more.
Finally - with this chance to hear Beantown's premier gunners rhyming side-by-side with heavyweights from every corner of the industry - maybe the music world will now see that Hip Hop from Massachusetts doesn't mess around.

After an afternoon of Pad Thai, caffeine, and brainstorming, they formulated "Meet'n Veggies". This 5 track EP blends Falside's instrumental elements with DJ Emoh's intense technical skill on the decks. Enjoy, post and feel free to share.

Fameless Fam
Entrapment
partyboobytrap’s sophomore album, “Entrapment”, is a glimpse into Virtue and Exquisite Corpse’s search for escape. Only, they find there is no escape – there is only release; a necessary release that comes with the thickening of skin, the sharpening of the mind, adaption and time. These sonic realizations enclose the listener, letting them experience the captivity of the duo. “Entrapment” is a reality partyboobytrap created on their way to that necessary release.

H.W.
A Year's Worth Of Worry
Paving his own path in the Boston hip hop scene with countless shows under his belt, H.W. (also known as Hazardous Wastes) brings us his newest effort, A Year’s Worth of Worry. This release is a cohesive collection of songs that share his vivid stories of life’s challenges. Once again, H.W. shows the hip hop community how he contributes to the Boston scene with a truly unique style of rap that is serious and insightful yet cynical and sarcastic. His lyrics often portray him as a sensitive person — but the intense honesty he puts behind each track maintains his hard edge. The deeply moving content of H.W.’s material on AYWOW is so powerful and real that the listener will likely develop a personal connection with his music after just a couple songs. All heart and no lies, H.W. is a passionate emcee and an aspiring entrepreneur. He is the owner of the independent label, Delusional Records, which he founded in 2002. He also works closely with DJ Emoh Betta (Deck Demons), one of Boston’s most talented DJs. H.W. has big plans for 2010 – be on the lookout.

Matty Trump
The Trump Card
Nine years after leaving Berklee College of Music, Matty Trump has become one of Boston's most in-demand Hip Hop producers and engineers. "I came to study at Berklee when I was 17," Trump said. "Even though I came as a drummer, before I knew it I was a young white kid trying to figure things out on what was a crazy Hip Hop scene at the time. At first I didn't know anything about how to run a studio, but I got thrown into it so I had no choice" says Matty. Trump eventually got to work with national acts including AZ, Fat Joe, Cormega, Boot Camp and Wu-Tang Clan member Cappadonna. Locally, he became known for his extensive work with Boston rapper Slaine.
"Matty is not just a great engineer, he's also a really slept-on beat maker, too," Slaine said. "On top of that, he's great at working with rap artists. He played a major role in helping me get to where I am today." In 2008 Matty was awarded Producer of the Year at The Boston Music Awards, as well as having write ups in the Boston Phoenix, and Boston Herald.
The Trump Card is the next major album release on Leedz Edutainment. The album features AZ, Slaine, Big Shug, Reef The Lost Cauze, Rite Hook, Amadeus The Stampede, J The S, Blak Madeen, Man Terror, XL, Lou Armstrong, Skinny Cavallo, and many more. All tracks are produced by Super Producer Matty Trump. The album shows off Trump's diverse talent as a producer and brings hip-hop to a new professional level. Every track bangs and guarantees a true head nod.

Rite Hook
E.ye A.ssume D.amage
E.ye A.ssume D.amage is the debut album from Rite Hook. The album displays a wide range of vocal dynamics that has never been done in Hip Hop. It's an aggressive sound with a rash feel from a young angry determined mind. But it also displays an abstract approach that defines Rite Hook as a true vocalist and artist. After opening for national acts like Wu-Tang Clan, Cage, Ill Bill, Z-Trip, Rakim, and many more, his debut is sure to create new fans all over the world. The album is directed by Leedz and features collaborations with Copywrite, Slaine of La Coka Nostra, Tame One of the Artifacts, Reef The Lost Cauze, and more. Rite hook continues to grow as an artist by seeking new flow patterns, harmonizing and overlying background vocals, and establishing original lyrics. Every sound you hear on this record is authentic. The time has come for Hip Hop and experimental music to fuse as an indisputable force. This album is the proof.
Born outside of Boston and raised in Worcester County, Rite Hook became subject to the harsh realities of a suburban nightmare at an early age. He immediately fell victim to the traps of a young teenager and struggled with his environment and the people in it. "Where I'm from kids would rather self destruct then follow their dreams. Luckily I had my vision and stuck with it." Hook was born with a gift of an artist from birth. At first his passion was drawing and painting, which slowly developed into the addition of music. Growing up he picked up and dropped hobbies on a weekly basis, from a plethora of sports, skateboarding, BMX biking, break dancing, to playing the guitar. Music and art were the things that stuck with him the whole way through. "I could never just stick to one thing. I was constantly looking for something that I wouldn't get bored with. Music, painting, and drawing kept me busy," says Hook. He started rhyming at the age of 14 and has been nonstop ever since. After high school he enrolled in art school and was expelled immediately after one semester in 2005. "I'm not the college type. All I did was use the schools studios to record and eventually failed all my classes. Music became my next move and I went after it by any means necessary," says Hook.
In 2006, after years of freestyling and countless demos, he decided to make a move towards the music business. He quit his boring day job just so he could attend a Hip Hop show in Boston. There he would meet Hip Hop mogul Leedz, of Leedz Edutainment. Using any means necessary, he forced Leedz to listen to his music. "He was young and full of B.S and blatantly lied to me multiple times for me to take him serious. Luckily I liked his music and looked past everything else. I couldn't get one of his demo cuts out of my head for over week. It sounded like it was mixed in a microwave but the chorus was undeniable," says Leedz. Hook and Leedz then linked up and recorded tons of songs pushing the standard of Hip Hop to a new diverse level.
